How can I make a booking?

Fill in all the details we require and we will confirm your booking by e-mail. The same e-mail will contain a booking code which you must quote when making your payment by credit card to the account number that you will see in the general information. 

What exactly is force majeure?

The sea conditions, a breakdown of the boat, illness of the skipper, indisposition of the customer, all of these are causes of force majeure which justify a change of date for a service.

How will you confirm my booking?

By means of a voucher via e-mail which will contain all the details (name, day, time, boat, services hired, conditions and code). This voucher will be numbered with the booking reference and must be printed by the customer to be presented to White Tenerife at the moment of boarding.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel. See section on Terms and Conditions.

What happens if, due to force majeure, it is not possible to give the service?

White Tenerife will give the customer different options so that he/she can enjoy the service contracted for. If it turns out that it is impossible to give the service,   White Tenerife will repay the payment made with the reservation via the same credit card as that used to make the booking. 

What happens if the customer does not come on the date and at the time agreed?

In this case, the customer will lose his/her right to the service.
