What happens if, due to force majeure, it is not possible to give the service?

White Tenerife will give the customer different options so that he/she can enjoy the service contracted for. If it turns out that it is impossible to give the service,   White Tenerife will repay the payment made with the reservation via the same credit card as that used to make the booking. 

What exactly is force majeure?

The sea conditions, a breakdown of the boat, illness of the skipper, indisposition of the customer, all of these are causes of force majeure which justify a change of date for a service.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel. See section on Terms and Conditions.

What happens if the customer does not come on the date and at the time agreed?

In this case, the customer will lose his/her right to the service.

Price of services

Taxes are included in the published price. The published prices are subject to change at any time, without being applicable to reservations already confirmed, except in case of modification of established legal taxes.

Included in the excursion service

  • Port rates.
  • Gasoline.
  • Captain.
  • Basic catering (sandwich and drink).
  • Snorkel equipment (glasses and tube).

Included in the charter service

  • Port rates.
  • Captain.
  • Basic catering (sandwich and drink).
  • Snorkel equipment (glasses and tube).

Not included in the charter service

  • Gasoline.
  • Port rates in other ports of destination.
  • Towels (on request).
  • Sheets (on request).
  • Catering on demand.
